Terms of use

Who this applies to

Phsar (ផ្សារ) is operated by [Company legal name — IN-27], based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. These terms apply to everyone who visits phsar.com, the Phsar app, or the Phsar Telegram bot, whether or not you have an account. By using Phsar, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Community rules, and our Prohibited items list.

Your account

• You can sign in with a phone number (we send a code by SMS) or with a Telegram account.
• One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to use Phsar. (This age rule is a draft; counsel may adjust it — IN-27.)
• Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Posting a listing

• Posting is free.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post: the price, the condition, the photos, and the category.
• You must have the right to sell the item or offer the service you list.
• Listings expire automatically — usually 30 to 60 days depending on the category — and you can renew a listing before or after it expires.
• Don't post anything on our prohibited items list, and follow our community rules.

Phsar is a venue, not a party to your sale

Phsar connects buyers and sellers. We don't buy, sell, inspect, or deliver anything ourselves, and we're not a party to any agreement between you and another member. We don't process payments or handle delivery. You deal directly with the other person, at your own risk — please follow our safety guide when you meet.

Chat and safety

Messages between members happen inside the app. To protect members, our moderators may review conversations that have been reported, and an automatic scanner flags messages that look like common scam patterns — for example, payment links, requests for a deposit, bank details, or a verification code. This doesn't mean every conversation is read by a person.

Moderation and enforcement

If a listing or message breaks these terms, our Community rules, or the law, we may hold it for review, edit it, or remove it. Depending on how serious or repeated the problem is, we may warn, limit, suspend, or permanently ban an account. If your listing is removed, you can appeal once, using the link in the notice you receive.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as Phsar grows; we'll post the new version here with a new "updated" date. You can stop using Phsar and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia. (Full dispute-resolution and jurisdiction language is pending counsel — IN-27.)
