What cookies do
Cookies and similar storage help Phsar work and, if you allow it, help us understand how the app is used. Here's what we use.
Essential cookies (always on)
These keep the site working and can't be turned off without breaking basic features.
- session — keeps you signed in.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers whether you're using Khmer or English.
- province — remembers the province selected on the home page.
- data_saver — remembers your data-saver choice.
- phsar_cookie_notice — remembers that you've answered the cookie notice.
- phsar_analytics_opt_out — remembers that you've turned off usage statistics.
Optional cookies
- PostHog (`ph_*`) — anonymous usage statistics, so we can see which features are used and fix problems. Not essential; you can turn these off in the cookie notice or in Settings → Privacy at any time.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional cookies when the cookie notice appears, and change your mind later in Settings → Privacy. Declining optional cookies doesn't affect anything else on Phsar.
